The staff and leadership here at VCKC is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for every single person in the church. If you have questions for any of our staff, feel free to reach out and email them or call our church office to speak with them.
Greg Weyrich has served as the Lead Pastor at VCKC since 2012. He received his Masters of Science Degree from Eastern Kentucky and also attended seminary at Ashland Theological Seminary where he was recorded in the Evangelical Friends Church Eastern Region (EFCER) in 1990. He brings to this position years of experience as an educator and coach at both the high school and college levels.
During Pastor Greg's 15 years of coaching college baseball, he served as a head coach at high school, junior college and NCAA division III levels and as an assistant coach at the NCAA division I level, 5 times leading teams to the college world series, with one national runners up in 2001. What he treasured most from his coaching years, were the relationships he cultivated with students and athletes along the way. He continues his love of mentoring by leading young men's groups and discipling others in the community.
His approach to the preaching and teaching of scripture are based upon the firm condition that all of scripture is divinely inspired, and healthy spirituality is completely dependent upon regular engagement with God's Word. His systematic progression through entire books of the Bible from the pulpit provides the congregation with God's whole message and allows it to accomplish God's purposes; expanding hearts, minds and lives, as each of us finds our place in God's story.
He is married to Donna, a professor at Columbus State Community College, who shares his devotion to the Word of God and delights in the diverse community of Christ followers at VCKC. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Lydia and Micaela. The Weyrichs live in a quiet rural setting where they host retreat groups and other gatherings at their lodges and cabin, and tend their small menagerie of dogs and horses.

Sue is the Office Administrator for the church. On a regular day, she prepares the bulletins, keeps the calendar and church data base up to date, is responsible for the bookkeeping, responds to inquiries and coordinates the activities and other events in and outside of the church. She is often seen enjoying a cup of coffee and laughing with her co-workers.
Sue and her husband Robert have 3 boys - Alec, Matthew and Luke - and 2 dachshunds. As a family, they enjoy visiting their extended families in New York and North Carolina. While they are not from Ohio, they easily decided to make it their home and they love their Vineyard church family.

Corey serves as worship coordinator and manages the music ministry at VCKC. He received his Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2008. Currently employed as the choir director for Highland Local Schools, Corey leads four choral ensembles and teaches general music classes. Though well-versed in the idiom of contemporary Christian music, Corey is actually a classically trained pianist, and currently serves as an accompanist at Kenyon College.
Corey has worked as a pianist, organist, choral director, and worship leader within churches around Ohio. Corey is grateful for the musical gifts God has provided, along with the many opportunities to lead corporate worship and magnify His great name through music. He fully hopes to live out the musician's clarion call in Psalm 104:33 - "I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have being."
Corey met his wife, Juliet, while studying music at Ohio Wesleyan. An accomplished singer and teacher herself, Juliet has previously held several positions within the Vineyard Church. They married in 2012, and have been blessed with three sons; Nicodemus, Caleb and Josiah.
